ToolifyPro provides access credentials for premium digital tools and software. Due to the nature of our products, you are purchasing digital access data, which is delivered electronically. You acknowledge that all accounts provided are strictly private unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We pride ourselves on Fast Delivery. Upon successful payment verification, your login credentials or access links will be sent directly to your provided email address or via our checkout partner's portal. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided during checkout is accurate.
Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of the login credentials and software access we provide, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the credentials have been issued and delivered to you, the product is considered "used" and "consumed". We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or failure to read the product description.
While we do not offer refunds, we do stand by the quality of our service. If the login credentials provided to you do not work upon initial delivery, you must contact our support team via Telegram or WhatsApp within 24 hours of purchase. If we verify that the credentials are faulty and we cannot fix the issue, we will provide a replacement account at no extra charge. This warranty does not cover accounts banned or restricted due to your violation of the software's original Terms of Service.
Unless specified as a "Lifetime" or long-term plan, our services operate on a standard 30-day renewal cycle. You are responsible for renewing your access at the end of this cycle to maintain uninterrupted service. Failure to renew will result in immediate termination of access to the provided account.
You agree to use the provided digital tools in compliance with all applicable laws and the original manufacturer's terms. ToolifyPro is not responsible for any data loss, account bans, or damages resulting from illegal activities, spam, or misuse of the provided software.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
